- How do companies and non-profits reach the green consumer?
- What products and services have the greatest potential?
- Why do consumers buy green products and services? What concerns do they have?
- Why is it important to have an honest and transparent green strategy?

It includes a “green segmentation” that divides consumers into 6 distinct groups with different beliefs, and identifies who is most influential in green issues. The report also includes the market potential for a range of green technologies and services. Besides green issues, the report explores attitudes about downloading content, with breakouts by age groups, and recent trends in e-services.
