Customer satisfaction and loyalty was the topic of Rockbridge’s presentation to the Specialty Equipment Market Association on September 18th.  In a webinar presentation titled “Listen to Your Customers, their Opinions Really Do Matter,” Joe Bates, Vice President, and Charles Colby, CEO and Chief Methodologist, presented our five step “Path to Excellence,” a best practice framework that ensures a satisfaction measurement program is actionable and successful in achieving real improvements.
